Disclaimers, Signatures & Branding
Centrally manage your users’ email signatures with Policy Patrol Mail Security to ensure that your corporate emails consistently contain a professional email signature along with the necessary legal disclaimer and company footer. Email signatures can contain images, links and formatting and can be positioned within the message for replies and forwards. Policy Patrol can also show the disclaimer and signature in Outlook Sent Items without requiring any client software or allowing users to edit or remove the disclaimer or signature before sending. Policy Patrol Mail Security includes all email signature features that are available in Policy Patrol Disclaimers.
